Operations and Office Manager
Jenny oversees the running of the office. She is a registered assistant and works closely with advisors, staff, and clients, specializing in risk management. She follows the life, health, disability, and long-term care cases and oversees compliance and human resources in the office. Jenny has a master's in social work from Hunter College in New York and worked as a social worker in New York and New Jersey prior to moving to Wisconsin. She has her life and health insurance licenses and securities registrations and has worked with John in their business since 1995.
Jenny enjoys working in the office with such a great staff, and, when not at work, spending time with family, friends, and groups she is involved with. She and John have three adult children, and they look forward to exploring places near and far in the future.
Client Account Manager
Erin joined Augustine Financial in March 2005. She has a degree in accounting and previously worked for a small company doing accounting, designing, and engraving plaques.
Erin assists the advisors in all aspects of account management. She manages the generation, processing, and follow-up of paperwork and servicing of client accounts. She works closely with companies and clients to ensure timely service delivery. She also assists with technology needs as they arise.
Erin received the staff member of the year award in 2013 while attending the Commonwealth Advanced Topics Symposium.
Erin is married and has three sons. She enjoys watching her boys play sports, four-wheeling up north, and cheering on her Milwaukee Brewers.
Client Services Coordinator
Linda joined Augustine Financial in 2006. She earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing from Northern Illinois University and worked in the publishing industry prior to her transition to the financial services field. Linda handles the scheduling of client meetings, gathering data, and meeting preparation. She coordinates our client appreciation and educational events, develops client communications, and assists clients with our technology resources. She works with John in developing processes and helps design visuals and illustrative materials for our office. She enjoys the creative process and says that the most rewarding part of her job is interacting with clients.
Linda and her husband, Jim, have two college-age sons. She enjoys golfing, cooking, traveling, and doing home improvement projects. Linda is active in her church choir and bell choir. In her spare time, she enjoys participating in multiple book clubs and spending time with family and friends.
Financial Services Assistant
Tracy joined Augustine Financial in September 2017. Prior to her transition back into the workforce after being a stay-at-home mom for the past eight years, she earned a master's degree in organizational development from Alverno College and worked independently as a project coordinator. She assists our team with special projects and assisting with client needs. Tracy currently works part-time in our Brookfield office.
Tracy and her husband, Joe, have two young children who now attend school full-time. She enjoys reading, baking, and writing for her personal blog. She is active in her church and has a strong commitment to spending time with family and friends.
